We have over 30 years of experience in model making. This also includes the creation of 2D graphics and 3D models, flow simulations, FEM strength analysis as well as strength and design calculations of all kinds.
We are happy to provide you with our knowledge in the following core areas.
3D construction and printing
Regardless of whether you come to us with a 3D model that has already been created, or just bring an idea, we will put everything in a printable file.
State-of-the-art high-speed printers are further modified in-house by us in order to meet the highest demands. We do not print for you with the PLA printers known from the hobby sector, where the surface requires extensive post-processing. With resolutions down to 30 micrometers, our equipment delivers an almost perfect surface, which requires little or no rework. The material is adapted to your requirements. Temperature stability, hardness, tensile strength, impact strength, elongation at break ... we can influence all of these properties individually through our resin compositions. If necessary, it is also possible to incorporate carbon fiber reinforcements and even determine the fiber orientation during the printing process. Our parts achieve strengths that are comparable to aluminum parts.
All of our components are further processed individually. Our hardening chambers control the hardening process and the tempering fully digitally in order to ensure maximum precision and repeatability.
Does your component require threads? Bearing seats? Fittings? We are happy to process these on our machine park.

2D Production
Our printer park includes the option of delivering water slide decals (including white printing and metal foils) up to US letter format (approx. Din A4).
On our plotter we cut films up to 136cm wide for you in almost endless lengths. Vehicle lettering, wall tattoos, signs, billboards, model designs or decorative items are no problem. A wide range of colors is available for you quickly.
Not a fan of films? No problem, of course we can also produce painting templates for your project.
We also design textile and ceramic products individually for you. We are happy to create individual t-shirts and mugs for private use as well as for companies, as business gifts or special occasions.
What are we not
We are not a web printing service provider that processes uploaded files automatically. Whether 2D or 3D, we advise and accompany you from the first steps to the finished product. We tailor our materials to your requirements so that in the end you can hold a high-quality, ready-to-use product in your hands. We look forward to cooperation.
