AIM-9

The Sidewinder goes back in its development to the 1940s, and became one of the most famous heatseeking air-to-air guided missiles. From the F-86 to the F-35 the AIM-9 family is used and can therefore be carried by almost every scale model.

Our models are created according to original factory drawings as well as measurement of original rockets in the various variants down to the smallest detail. Whether proximity fuse, fastening clamps, rolleron mechanism, everything is shown in detail in our missile bodies.

We currently have the variants "B", "N / P" and the best-known variants "L / M" in our program, but we can also offer the other variants after a short development period.

The original rockets were delivered by different suppliers and in changing paintwork with constantly changing lettering. Since the weapons are all modular, even components with different paintwork and lettering found their way to other weapons. "Scale" reproduction is therefore a question of documentation. If you want to recreate a specific rocket then we are happy to adapt the decals and color masks. As standard we deliver the decals in the variants "Air Force / Export" or "US Navy".

We include all components that are necessary for the construction in museum quality, as well as a set of water slide decals and painting masks.

Write to us for an individual offer for your model. Also note our range of launchers.

NEW! Smokewinder for use with a smoke generator

By using electric smoke generators, we can simulate the function of the original Smokewinder, and thus achieve a very special effect for flight demonstrations.

The smoke generator fits into rockets from the 1/6 scale up. The smoke unit must be purchased separately, but can also be purchased from us as a bundle. A separate tank is required (consumption approx. 50ml / min) and a voltage source with at least 22V (6s LiPo).

On the right you can see the "Smokewinder" on a 1/6 F-16.
